Job summary

Circle K in Baton Rouge is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead daily operations at the Gulf Coast BU - Market 01 location. You will supervise staff, train employees, manage inventory, cash handling, and customer service to meet company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and teamwork with the Market Manager. On-site work with day/evening shifts, including weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Retail sales experience preferred.
Ability to supervise and train staff.
Oversee CSR/ASM duties and functions.
Proficient computer skills for reports, inventory, and cash control.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
English communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
Assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well maintained.
Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
Schedule employees to maximize customer service.
Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
Train staff on safety procedures and Company standards.
Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
Ensure timely reporting, merchandising, and posters compliance.
Analyze daily sales and manage budget and margins.
