Swensons Drive-In Restaurants is seeking a hands-on restaurant leader to join our Cincinnati team. This role focuses on developing two quality restaurant teams through onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback, while upholding brand standards.

You will direct crew, manage schedules, and ensure friendly, efficient service, maintaining safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across all shifts. A passion for our brand and strong people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of coaching, training, and development experience in a high-volume food service management role.
• 1-3 years’ experience as a restaurant Manager.
• Legal right to work in the United States and provide proof.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train team members to brand standards; coach and develop teams.
• Attract, select, and retain team members; manage kitchen crew and servers.
• Direct crew assignments and ensure quick, friendly service.
• Maintain standards of excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Ensure team follows recipes and policies; drive guest satisfaction and local marketing.
• Enforce sanitary practices and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company standards.
• Inspire and coach shifts to meet targets and cost controls.
• Promote Swensons core values and support the General Manager.
