Mount Pleasant, NC – Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a Hardee's. You will lead and develop a team, ensuring top quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability.

You will staff, schedule, train, monitor labor, and maintain inventory and cash controls to meet company standards. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of management experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Aim to achieve sales growth while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness with focus on profitability.
• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant.
• Schedule staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under management oversight.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew and management meetings as needed.
• Maintain supplies, control inventory, and ensure loss prevention.
