Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Familiarity with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred.
