Job summary

Yardbird Table & Bar in Las Vegas is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, guide front- and back-of-house teams, and ensure guest satisfaction through outstanding service and quality food.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage staff schedules, performance reviews, inventory, and brand standards, while building a positive work culture and maintaining compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in hospitality management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in restaurant management.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience with F&B operations and POS systems.
• Food Handler Card required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance.
• Coordinate FOH and BOH, schedule staff.
