Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with reservation software and office tools is required.
• Multilingual ability is a plus for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Take and confirm restaurant reservations.
• Direct calls appropriately and maintain high-level customer service.
• Communicate guest requests to the front of house and management.
• Analyze daily occupancy and help maximize table inventory and guest satisfaction.
• Provide accurate reporting to supervisers and maintain guest records.
