Yardbird Las Vegas is seeking a Maître D to oversee the dining room flow and coordinate the host team. You will work closely with the kitchen and management to ensure a positive, gracious guest experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations and seating, training staff, and maintaining high service standards across the front-of-house. This role requires strong communication, composure under pressure, and a polished appearance.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 3+ years hospitality sales and management experience
• Ability to maintain tact and composure under pressure
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• English communication proficiency (oral and written)
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsabilités

• Enthusiastically welcomes every guest at the door
• Clearly communicates with all guests
• Manage and maximize reservations and seating capacity
• Ensure social media output from the front is 4.5 or higher
• Greet guests, guide them to tables and provide welcoming service
• Accommodate guests' special requests and needs
• Escort guests to tables and present menus
• Maintain guest relations and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with management about special orders and events
• Answer restaurant phone courteously and efficiently
• Train current and new host staff
• Manage lounge seating and Speakeasy RSVPs
• Assist in manpower planning and hiring of incoming hosts
• Share opportunities to enhance guest experience at front door and lounge
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Communicate menus reprint needs with management
