Yardbird Table & Bar is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, staff development, inventory, and profitability. The role reports to the General Manager and aims to ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.

The candidate will lead front and back-of-house teams, train staff on service standards, and maintain high food quality and cleanliness. A hospitality management background and 2+ years in management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma / Certification in hospitality management or relevant field.
• Ability to motivate employees to work as a team and meet standards.
• Strong admin knowledge of F&B operations and quality management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and POS system.

Responsabilités

• Ensure customer satisfaction across the restaurant and dining experience.
• Coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Organize and oversee staff schedules.
