Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations with a people-first leadership approach. You will coach and develop your team, manage inventory, and ensure we deliver the warm, country hospitality our guests expect.

Ideal candidates will have 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience, be able to work a 50-hour week including holidays and weekends, and hold a valid driver’s license. Equal opportunity employer.
