Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Able to work 50 hours per week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Coach and develop team members to deliver Cracker Barrel’s hospitality standards.
• Manage inventory and supply levels to support daily operations.
