Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead a multi-functional team and drive guest engagement at a busy location in Fremont, NE. You will partner with the General Manager to guide Shift Managers, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations and top guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in restaurant management, strong knowledge of health codes and safety standards, and a passion for coaching and developing teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train/develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, Service Assistants and Heart of House in partnership with the General Manager.
• Help ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game and focus on guest-related metrics and engagement.
