You will drive high-quality guest experiences while upholding food safety, labor laws, and sanitation standards, fostering team development and efficient kitchen flow.

Qualifications

• 2 years restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HEART-OF-HOUSE (HOH) operations and HOH team performance.
• Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
• Ensure guest experiences are legendary through efficient kitchen management.
