Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Omaha is seeking a restaurant management professional to lead daily operations, supervise Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Heart of House team members, and partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at its peak.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and support staff.
• Partner with the General Manager to optimize restaurant performance.
• Drive guest engagement and improve guest-related metrics.
