• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to pass background check and drug screen

Aufgaben

• Develop, support, and lead the restaurant team to drive sales while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Interview and hire qualified staff in compliance with regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train management and crew using current training system.
• Evaluate performance at set intervals and provide feedback.
• Design development plans with each employee to improve performance.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct staff meetings on operations, safety, and promotions.
• Maintain adequate product supply and inventory control.
• Maintain records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper procedures.
• Responsible for cash handling and adherence to cash procedures.
• Ensure professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
• Represent BNE’s Vision and Values in all actions; perform other duties as directed.
