Job summary

Cafua Management Company, a Dunkin franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead and develop the team, deliver a great guest experience, and operate the restaurant to Dunkin and franchisee standards.

You will recruit and train staff, manage performance, ensure safety and cleanliness, drive sales, and uphold guest-first culture while complying with laws. Fluent in English and prior management in food service preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English.
• 2+ years of management experience in food service or retail.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are staffed to meet guest service goals.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation standards; comply with laws.
• Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed.
• Prepare and implement action plans; drive production, productivity, quality and guest service.
• Complete audits and implement plans to improve the system.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product rollouts.
• Set sales goals and track results.
