Cafua Management Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a Dunkin Donuts location with a strong guest-first culture. You will recruit, coach, and develop a team, drive sales, and ensure adherence to Dunkin and franchisee standards while complying with all laws.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance reviews, safety, and execution of marketing promotions to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop employees.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are staffed with qualified team members.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary environment per laws and brand standards.
• Execute in-restaurant promotions and roll-outs.
• Set sales goals and track results.
