Job summary

Cafua Management Company, a Dunkin Donuts franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team in delivering outstanding guest service, maintaining brand and franchisee standards, and driving profitability in a fast-paced environment. You will coach staff, manage performance, and ensure compliant operations across shifts while promoting a guest-first culture.

English fluency and a minimum of two years of management in hospitality are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality.
• Proficiency in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop employees.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed to achieve guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant operations per laws and standards.
• Execute promotions, marketing and new product rollouts.
