Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and systems such as CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred. Salary ranges from $45,000 to $58,000 plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred.
