Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older

• 2 years of management experience
• Available to work all shifts and weekends

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager and assist in achieving sales growth while upholding high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
• Schedule staff to cover guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with the team and provide coaching as needed.
• Conduct crew and management team meetings to discuss procedures and promotions.
• Maintain inventory and control costs to meet company variances and food costs.
