Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Hardee's to lead and motivate a team, uphold quality, safety, and guest satisfaction, and drive profitability.

You will interview and hire staff, schedule shifts, manage labor costs, train crew, and ensure compliance with company standards. A strong leader with 2 years of management experience and excellent communication is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• 2 years of management experience required.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• High standards for guest service and safety.
• Valid Driver’s License; ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew.
