Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervision and training of staff.
• Food Manager's Permit required.
• Reliable transportation, vehicle insurance and valid IDs.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure quality food is prepared and served.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
• Manage inventory and money control systems.
• Recruit, train and reward team members.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
• Plan events and promotions; ensure readiness for marketing windows.
• Keep accurate business records and analyze them to increase sales.
