Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager to drive guest experience, food quality, and operational excellence in a fast-paced restaurant. You will manage inventory, safety, and security while leading a team and coordinating local marketing efforts.

Experience in supervising staff and training is essential; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, college degree preferred. Training will be provided for the POS system and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, with supervision/training experience.

• Keeping the restaurant functional, clean and beautiful.
• Managing inventory and money control systems.
• Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach.
• Recruiting staff.
• Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security.

• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including health and food safety codes.
• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales.
• Identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales.
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring readiness for new marketing windows.
• Planning special events and promotions.
