Boddie-Noell Enterprises is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to operate and supervise a Hardee’s restaurant in Texas. You will recruit, train, and lead staff while ensuring service quality, food safety, and cleanliness align with company standards.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, profitability, and strong leadership presence on the floor. Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, coaching, and maintaining inventory and cash procedures.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant according to company standards.
• Schedule adequate staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the GM.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship with management and crew; provide coaching and discipline as needed.
• Conduct crew and management meetings to discuss procedures and safety.
