You will support the General Manager with scheduling, training, and performance management, while promoting Smashburger’s standards and culture across shifts.

The role requires prior restaurant management experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility with hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise shift leaders and team members.
• Ensure daily restaurant operations run smoothly and safely.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and inventory control.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and uphold service standards.
• Assist with scheduling, labor costs, and cost controls (COGS).
• Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
