Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in restaurants.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must complete Smashburger training program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders, and team members; foster a high-performance environment.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, and policy compliance.
• Model service standards; monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
• Manage labor, inventory, and operating costs; adjust staffing based on sales trends.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement to boost restaurant performance.
