Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants. You will work with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at peak performance and drive guest satisfaction.

You will focus on guest-related metrics, guest engagement, and creating legendary experiences while guiding daily operations and staff development. This role is full-time and onsite with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities
