Boddie Noell Enterprises Inc. is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager for Hardee’s in Hopewell, VA. You will lead a team, hire and train staff, manage labor costs, ensure food quality, safety, and service standards, and coach crew members to deliver guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to lead and train staff.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff based on company standards.
• Schedule staff to cover guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Lead crew and management meetings on procedures and safety.
• Maintain products, inventory, and costs to standards.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and reporting accuracy.
• Uphold HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
