Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in absence of Senior/General Manager.
• Assist in achieving sales growth through maintaining quality and cleanliness.
• Interview and hire qualified staff based on company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain inventory to meet company Food Cost Variance standard.
