Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain inventory and control food cost variance.
• Ensure cash procedures and financial controls are followed.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and security policies.
