Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Hardee's in Virginia to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will recruit, train, and supervise crew while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

This role emphasizes cost control, staff development, and teamwork across shifts. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, supervise labor, and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Conduct crew and management team meetings as needed to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, etc.
