Qualifications

• Fluent in English and customer service oriented.
• Strong math and financial management skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to staff.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review staff performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant environment with safety, food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed.
• Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
• Complete audits and implement plans to drive system improvements.
• Set sales goals and track results.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Execute marketing promotions in a timely manner.
• Roll out new product trainings and sampling.
