Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver a memorable guest experience. The role involves coaching the service team, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area in a fast-paced setting.

You will oversee scheduling, weekly forecasts, inventory, and guest satisfaction initiatives while fostering a collaborative team environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality and presentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for 4–10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive Thru service with speed initiatives.
• Cross-training of team members and PA completions.
• Training and onboarding of new Service Team Members and pros training.
• Weekly forecasted sales, scheduling, and stock ordering.
• Manage guest complaints and quality metrics in Popeyes Academy.
