Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Can work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts) including holidays and weekends.
• Has a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead front- and back-of-house operations with a guest-first mindset.
• Coach and develop the team, manage inventory, and deliver on the guest experience.
• Balance operational focus with people-first leadership.
• Stay calm under pressure and guide the team through busy shifts.
• Support a culture of hospitality and teamwork.
