Job summary

Zaxby's in Atlanta seeks a Restaurant Manager to run day-to-day operations at the store. This on-site position can be full-time or part-time and reports to the General Manager.

The role requires a flexible schedule with nights and weekends, and a solid understanding of FOH and BOH operations. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized restaurant, driving sales, coaching staff, and ensuring top-notch service.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States
• 2 years of restaurant management experience

Responsibilities

• Execute all systems daily to keep the restaurant clean and organized
• Assist in increasing sales and profit by delivering outstanding product and service
• Lead staff to deliver Encore experiences and maintain high service standards
• Communicate effectively with staff and leadership
• Provide leadership by example and monitor training levels
• Support marketing plans and build community relationships
• Review daily results/metrics and coach the team accordingly
• Generate enthusiasm, positivity, and commitment toward company objectives
