This role requires hands-on leadership to manage guest service, food quality and cleanliness while driving profitability. You will lead by example, train staff, and ensure compliance with company standards and state regulations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant according to company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under supervision of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew and management meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory and control costs to meet company standards.
• Keep reports and records in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Oversee cash handling and adherence to procedures.
• Ensure professional appearance and conduct; adhere to HR, sanitation, safety policies.
• Represent BNE professionally in all interactions.
