Hardee's in South Richmond, part of Boddie-Noell Enterprises, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy restaurant with guest satisfaction, food quality, and team development as priorities. You will help manage daily operations, supervise crew, schedule shifts, and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• 2 years of management experience required.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Consistent and reliable with a cheerful attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and loves serving others.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager.
• Interview and hire qualified staff per company standards.
• Schedule staff to cover guest flow and maintain service levels.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under supervision of GM.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling and discipline as warranted.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and safety policies.
• Oversee inventory, sanitation, and equipment maintenance.
