Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under GM direction.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff as warranted.
• Maintain product quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Control inventory and food cost variance; adhere to procedures.
• Ensure cash procedures and reporting are accurate.
