You will work alongside staff to resolve guest concerns, train employees, and drive growth. The role requires 18+ years, strong leadership, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage guest flow.
• Control labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the GM.
• Maintain inventory and ensure food cost controls.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and reporting.
