You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage schedules and labor costs, and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations. The ideal candidate has prior management experience in quick-service, a strong customer focus, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Ability to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Cheerful and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and handle guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under supervision.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Oversee crew and management meetings to discuss procedures and promotions.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and accuracy is maintained.
