Carlisle Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Wendy's franchise in Upper Sandusky, OH. The role supports the General Manager by coaching the team and creating a fun, inviting work environment where staff are respected and valued.

You will optimize scheduling, lead interviews, train and develop crew, and ensure compliance with all policies and standards. Responsible for managing labor costs, monitoring food costs, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales.
• Assist in annual budget and P&L reviews.
• Promote customer satisfaction to drive sales growth.
• Monitor food costs and waste, ensuring procedural compliance.
• Train crew to improve service and customer courtesy.
• Lead shifts to achieve SOS targets and restaurant standards.
