TravelCenters of America is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in restaurant operations and marketing functions. You will be involved in staffing, training, supervision, and profitability optimization to ensure travelers are served efficiently and return to the road better than they came.

You will lead by example, coach staff, ensure fast and friendly service, maintain product knowledge and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

Formación

• Supervisory experience in the fast-food industry preferred.
• Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; operational understanding of POS software.

• Lead and inspire the team to meet performance standards and improve profitability.
• Coach and performance manage staff according to company policy.
