Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Manager experience in restaurants.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Follow Smashburger uniform standards.
• Follow all local, state and federal employment guidelines.
• MUST complete Smashburger training program.
• Strong written and verbal communication with management, staff and corporate support.
• People management: coach, develop and lead restaurant teams.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong time management, consistency and organization.
• Highly motivated, self-directed and results driven.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage shift leaders and team members.
