Smashburger in Ohio seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will supervise shift leaders, coordinate staff training, ensure food safety, and manage scheduling, inventory, and costs to support our growth.

The role requires 1–2 years of management experience in a restaurant setting, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage shift leaders and team members

• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and team performance
• Handle inventory, ordering, and cost control (COGS)
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing employee development
• Ensure accurate cash handling and operational compliance
• Assist with local marketing and store initiatives
