Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant setting. You will oversee guest satisfaction, food preparation, cleanliness, inventory, and safety protocols while driving sales and staff development.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and rewarding team members, coordinating local marketing efforts, planning promotions, and ensuring compliance with health codes and security standards. This is a full-time or part-time role depending on location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervising and training experience.
• Excellent communication and basic computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure great food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant functional, clean and attractive.
• Manage inventory and money control systems.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
• Recruit and develop staff.
• Maintain safety and security standards.
• Be a team player.
• Recruit and reward outstanding team members.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed and food safety codes are observed.
• Maintain business records and analyze them to help increase sales.
• Identify and contact prospective guests to promote sales.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives and be ready for new marketing windows.
