Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will focus on providing an excellent guest experience, ensuring great food is prepared and served, and keeping the restaurant clean, functional, and attractive.

Your day-to-day includes recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members, enforcing safety and security protocols, maintaining records, and analyzing data to boost sales. You will support local marketing and plan events to drive traffic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment with experience supervising and training staff.
• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to work with all levels of team members; computer knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed, including awareness of local and national health and food safety codes.
• Maintain business records and analyze them to help increase sales.
• Identify and contact prospective guests to promote sales.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives; ensure restaurant is ready for new marketing campaigns.
• Plan special events and promotions.
