Paisans Pizzeria in Cicero, IL is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, train and inspire the team, and uphold our guest-focused standards. You’ll oversee staffing, opening/closing procedures, costs, and safety compliance while maintaining a positive, high‑energy work environment and smooth service across shifts.

We require 3+ years of restaurant management, strong leadership and communication, multitasking ability, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience or related leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staffing: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Monitor financial performance: labor, food costs, and waste; control costs.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Collaborate with upper management to implement goals and initiatives.
