You will drive service standards, manage hiring and scheduling, and collaborate with upper management on initiatives in a fast-paced, guest-centric setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, full-service preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staffing: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Monitor financial performance (labor, food costs, waste, etc.) and control costs.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Foster a positive, high-energy work environment aligned with Paisans culture.
• Work closely with upper management to implement operational goals and initiatives.
