Job summary

Pizzana is seeking a capable manager to lead shifts and ensure outstanding guest service while adhering to operating policies. The role reports to the General Manager and requires active supervision of team members during opening/closing duties.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a food-industry management role and a current food handler’s certificate; bilingual skills are a plus. This is an on-site position in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management position in the food industry is preferred.
• Necessary food handler’s certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks and training.
• Support personnel policies, labor laws and safety procedures.
• Ensure all security procedures are executed and safety standards followed.
• Handle opening/closing duties and guest service excellence.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Manage line operations, delegate duties and uphold product quality standards.
• Follow food safety requirements and control costs on shift.
