Job summary

Paisans Pizzeria is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, train and inspire the team, and ensure high standards of guest experience. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and hands-on oversight of service, quality, and cost controls.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of restaurant management, be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in high-pressure environments
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays; familiarity with POS systems and inventory control is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing
• Ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Manage staffing: hiring, training, scheduling and performance feedback
• Monitor labor, food costs, waste and other costs to control budgets
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation compliance
• Foster a positive, high-energy work environment aligned with Paisans culture
• Collaborate with upper management to implement goals and initiatives
