Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service setting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, train, and inspire the team to uphold high standards and guest experiences.
• Manage staffing: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Monitor labor, food costs, waste, and control costs.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
